The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory military employees assigned to the Air Force (DAF) Fitness & Esports Branch.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 2.
- →Develops program guidelines and standards. 3.
- →Develops fitness training curricula, conducts training, and ensures ongoing fitness education for fitness center staffs DAF-wide. 4.
- →Serves as DAF representative of the Joint Services Fitness Working Group (JSFWG). 5.
- →Prepares and conducts DAF-level correspondence, briefings, papers, and meetings. 6.
- →Interacts and corresponds with internal and external Air Force organizations, service counterparts, and industry professionals.
