We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, providing information about loan products and services, guiding applicants through the loan process, and delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, can multitask effectively, and is committed to providing accurate and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

Provide information about loan products, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and repayment options.

Assist customers with completing loan applications and resolving account-related questions.

Verify customer information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Meet established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Stay up to date on company policies, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, call center, or financial services is an advantage.

Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or chat software.

Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
