About the Role
This position is located at Dragon Hill Lodge at Yongsan, South Korea.
What You'll Do
- →Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs.
- →Orders flowers, decorations, etc.
- →Prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheets and contracts.
- →Assists patrons with time schedules for weddings and other formal functions.
- →Analyzes requirements of the occasion and recommends suitable services, menus and beverage items.
- →Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons.
- →Draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions.
- →Serves as technical advisor on correct protocol procedure.
