PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Data Transparency Division. As a Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner), you will provide oversight of and manage a multidisciplinary team following the principles of agile and human-centered design to develop authoritative data standards.
What You'll Do
- →As a Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner), you will: Oversee, support, and manage the development, maintenance, and content of the assigned product including management of contractor resourced projects.
- →Provide feedback on contractor performance to the Branch Manager and coordinates feedback on contractor performance to the contracting officer representative (COR) for formal actions to be made.
- →Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships for sharing and improving open data.
- →Conduct and/or coordinates long and short-term data studies and projects using agile, human-centered design, and open source methodologies.
Requirements

- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
- ✓Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
