  • As a Business Specialist, you will: Serve as a trusted internal consultant to management and leadership, providing expert analysis and advisory services on a wide range of complex business issues.
  • Spearhead high-impact initiatives to re-engineer and continuously improve critical business processes, driving efficiency and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives to inform executive decision-making and guide strategic planning.
  • Develop and present innovative, high-impact recommendations to senior leaders on business operations, strategic direction, and the implementation of new programs.
  • Lead and manage high-visibility, cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Design and implement meaningful performance metrics and dashboards to monitor business health, track progress against strategic goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion organizational change by developing effective communication strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and fostering buy-in for new initiatives across all levels of the organization.
  • Tackle the organization's most ambiguous and complex operational challenges, conducting in-depth analysis to identify root causes and formulate lasting, strategic solutions.

Requirements

  • If substituting education for specialized experience you must submit proof of your qualifying education.
  • Education must be obtained from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.
