This position is located in the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Business Division at a large garrison.
- →May coordinate with officials responsible for AAFES.
- →Provides policies and guidance to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- →Directs, develops and administers plans and procedures.
- →Implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide aggressive community business program which meets the needs and interests of the military community.
- →Provides sound leadership and supervision to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- →Develops and/or recommends methods, operations, and programs to ensure profitable business activities income.
- →Reviews program objectives and priorities, and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) and Annual Operating Budgets covering projected programs of division resources.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
