About the Role

This position is located at the Business Operations Division of the Directorate of Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy announcement.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for overall management and direction of Business and Revenue Generating operations at a DLA installation to include some or all of the following: Bowling, Bingo and other revenue generating operations.
  • Provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to ensure attainment of the established business performance objectives.
  • Coordinates with other MWR Programs (i.e.
  • CYS, Recreation) as required.
  • Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures, and implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide business operations which meet the needs and interests of the assigned installation.
  • Prepares and presents briefings on MWR Programs as necessary and answers all requests for data pertaining to managed programs.
  • Performs the full range of supervisory functions/responsibilities for assigned activities.
  • May supervise other support services functions as required and assigned.
