About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for r Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Execute all budgets within the assigned areas of responsibility. Work requires knowledge and skills in application of related laws, regulations, policies, procedures, methods and techniques of budgeting-related duties, including receipt and input of funding documents.
What You'll Do
- →Perform in-depth budget analysis.
- →Develop and formulate a major segment of a budget request for the coming fiscal year.
- →Devise and recommend the adoption of procedures to implement budgetary processes, policies, and regulations.
- →Extract and present financial information in analytical and narrative form to higher management.
- →Perform budget administration functions in the execution of an annual appropriated fund budget for a major organization segment or program.
- →Receive and maintain cognizance of approved funds; responsible for day-to-day management and administration of the organization's budget.
