What You'll Do
- →This position is located in the Office of Finance.
- →The purpose of this position is to perform budgetary functions, advise and formulate budget requirements for all phases of work concerning the budget cycle.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10) with promotion potential to $187,093 (GS-14 Step 10).

- →Typical Duties include: Providing advice to top management on Federal budget execution.
- →Providing authoritative interpretations of congressional legislation and OMB policies and precedents and interpreting and assessing the impact of new and revised congressional legislation on the formulation and execution of assigned program budgets.
- →Projecting and analyzing the potential effects of budgetary actions on program viability and the attainment of program objectives.
- →Reviewing, approving, disapproving, and recommending the amount and timing of allotments of funds to agency components and programs.
- →Analyzing financial and budgetary relationships to develop recommendations for financial and/or budgetary actions.
Requirements
