This position is located in Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Branch, Division of Comptroller. The supervisor is Marc Neville. This position is subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure reporting requirements. This position is subject to security ownership restriction reporting requirements.
What You'll Do
- →The successful candidate will perform the full range of Branch Chief duties.
- →Responsible for developing and managing the financial systems' budgets and ensures adequate funding is available for system operations and enhancements.
- →They oversee the preparation of reports to OMB and other oversight agencies concerning financial systems resources and the management of contracts and interagency agreements providing systems support and cross-servicing, ensuring FITARA compliance.
- →The incumbent will have a thorough understanding of and experience with core financial system modernizations or enhancements and experience conducting studies of financial systems to evaluate ways to improve system performance and streamline processes through automation.
- →The incumbent will have demonstrated experience developing and presenting on business solutions or financial positions to the CFO and Commission with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex information effectively and concisely.
