About the Position: This position is located within the Directorate of Facility Management at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. Incumbent will support the Naval Hospital in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of steam, condensate, and related equipment of the hospital.
What You'll Do
- →Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems and equipment such as steam pipes, condensate pumps, and replace valves within a medical treatment facility (MTF).
- →Install and repair equipment such as sinks, faucets, toilets, pumps, boilers, and pipes within a MTF.
- →Maintain burners, burner nozzles, and orifice assemblies for boiler systems.
- →Dismantle, clean and reassemble small boilers yearly for annual certification.
- →Identify defects within boiler systems for a MTF.
- →Dismantle, reassemble, and reinstall components within a variety of boiler systems.
