What You'll Do
- →Assists in the operation of a coffee shop by preparing and serving coffee beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and pre-made food items following established procedures.
- →Operates basic food-service equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and warmers.
- →Takes customer payments and operates a cash register. .
- →Maintains a clean and sanitary work area, utensils, and coffee bar. .
- →Restocks supplies as needed.
- →Provides routine customer service by answering simple questions and ensuring prompt service.
