About the Role
About the Position: Serves as the Deputy Director of the ARSOAC Aviation Maintenance Directorate (AAMD), a separate staff element of USASOAC (Abn) and aviation staff proponent to USASOC.
What You'll Do
- →Formulate policies to direct and control the general operations of the office.
- →Plan and assign work to Aviation Maintenance Directorate team members who guide and control work.
- →Establish responsibilities and set expectations; and controls and manages assigned budget and schedule Direct the full lifecycle of assigned systems, including development, acquisition, testing, product improvement, and fielding.
- →Ensure programs are integrated and effectively implemented.
- →Perform planning by analyzing mission assignments, establishing program objectives and developing current and long-range plans for accomplishment of assigned functions.
- →Hold depot maintenance management responsibility for aircraft refurbishment, maintenance, and modification programs.
