About the Role
The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut is seeking applications for one Assistant United States Attorney to work in the office's Civil Division. The applicant selected with handle all aspects of Title 8 (Immigration) litigation, as well as the investigation and litigation of Civil and Criminal asset forfeiture cases. This position is located in New Haven, Bridgeport, or Hartford, Connecticut.
What You'll Do
- →The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut is seeking applications for one Assistant United States Attorney to work in the office's Civil Division.
- →The applicant selected with handle all aspects of Title 8 (Immigration) litigation, as well as the investigation and litigation of Civil and Criminal asset forfeiture cases.
- →Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
- →Residency Requirements: Assistant United States Attorneys generally must reside in the district to which he or she is appointed or within 25 miles thereof.
