What You'll Do
- →Oversee operational HR support to DLA and shared-service customers.
- →Providing expert leadership and direction in establishing and maintaining a human resources program that responds to management requirements and employee needs, and assuring optimum productivity and goal attainment....
- →CONTD: in all HR program functions, to include HR Operations, HR Information Systems and Analytics, Military Personnel, Manpower, and Support, Payroll and Travel, and Learning, Development, and Readiness.
- →Developing operating plans and procedures for the fulfillment of program objectives and regulatory requirements.
- →Providing representation at staff briefings and conferences, or on special committees, to furnish advice and guidance.
- →Initiating studies and analyses of Human Resources management for both short and long range plans and recommending new approaches to program requirements.
- →Keeping appraised of the latest HR policies and procedures released by the Office of Personnel Management, DoD Civilian Personnel Advisory Services, and DLA.
