About the Role
This position is located at: Aquatics - Fort Riley, Kansas.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Assistant to the Aquatics/Wellness Program Manager responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Aquatics Department.
- →Assists in coordinating and administering aquatic training/ recertification curriculum to include lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor, and other safety and recreational training.
- →Develops after-action reports of programs when required and assist with ensuring completion of safety incident reports.
- →Assist with the arrangement of equipment, supplies and services needed to accomplish assigned functions, under the direction of the Aquatics/Wellness Program Manager Makes recommendations for repairs/improvements and training in order to meet all department needs.
