This National Guard position is for a ALLIED TRADES SUPERVISOR-Title 32 OBO, Position Description Number D1038000 and is part of the WI CSMS, National Guard. *At management's discretion, this Temporary Promotion may be made permanent without further competition in accordance with 5CFR 335.103(c)(1)(i)
What You'll Do
- →As an ALLIED TRADES SUPERVISOR-Title 32 OBO, WS-3401-11, you will be responsible for supervising workers directly or through subordinate leaders and/or supervisors in accomplishing the work of the function.
- →Plans work operations of great scope, complexity, and administrative authority.
- →Determines the sequence, priority, and time for the performance of particular operations within the limits of broad work schedules and time limits.
Requirements
- ✓MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement.
- ✓This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard.
- ✓Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership.

- ✓Military Grades: E-1 through E-9 and WO1 Conditions of Employment -Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position. -This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968.
- ✓An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. -Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
