Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Airfield Management Shift Coordinator responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airfield.
What You'll Do
- →Functions as the shift leader when designated by the Airfield Manager and is expected to use available resources and make sound judgment and timely decisions.
- →Inspects and/or checks the airfield for flying safety hazards to include compliance with airfield criteria, aircraft foreign object damage and bird aircraft strike hazards.
- →Evaluates day-to-day airfield operations to ensure safe, efficient and effective use of airfield operations and services.
- →Responds to aircraft emergencies, accidents, and incidents on the airfield.
Requirements
