This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located with Directorate of Public Works at Fort Campbell, KY.
What You'll Do
- →Repair and maintain facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- →Repair electrical problems from disconnect on unit throughout unit.
- →Perform routine HVAC preventive maintenance.
- →Repair and replace cooling coils.
- →Recharge systems to the proper levels of refrigerant.
- →Assist boiler plant mechanics: installs, modifies, repairs, tests, and maintains equipment such as power boilers and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment.
- →Align motors and pump shafts.
Requirements
