About the Position:This position is located at Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB-GYN) at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Advance in Hire may be authorized. This is available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct clinical assessment, and diagnosis, and directs treatment and management of patients from adolescence to beyond menopause, in outpatient clinics, and hospital inpatient obstetrical units.
- →Utilize and perform screening and diagnostic modalities.
- →Complete obstetrical evaluation and provides plan of care and hospital admissions.
- →Participate in patient care rounds and conferences, presenting patient cases/topics and communicating patient management strategies to members of the patient care team.
- →Develop, review and update Military Treatment Facility (MTF) policies, protocols, standards of midwifery practice, operating procedures, and scope of practice documents, in collaboration with multidisciplinary members of the healthcare team.
