You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the COMMAND INSPECTOR GENERAL OFFICE of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10; currently $155,521.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Command Evaluator/Inspector in the Command Inspector General (IG) Office at Naval Undersea Warfare Command Division, Keyport.
- →You will evaluate programs and processes to ensure that funds, personnel, equipment, and other resources are employed effectively, securely, economically, and within legal and administrative constraints.
- →You will evaluate key organizational issues concerning administrative functions, administrative program operation, financial analysis, business operation and resource use.
- →You will plan and perform individual interviews and focus groups with varied audiences.
- →You will document findings within written reports outlining findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- ✓The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the NT-04: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- ✓OR An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
