About the Role
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, PORT HUENEME.
What You'll Do
- →You will function as a Logistician for the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements in support of various programs at NSWC PHD.
- →You will prepare, coordinate, and integrate the identification, development, acquisition and delivery of logistics requirements/resources for assigned programs.
- →You will assist in development of supporting data and provides comprehensive logistics planning information, logistics plans, recommendations, alternatives, impact statements and letters of certification to program/project office.
- →You will function as an IPS member, assisting IPS management personnel for programs assigned in support of technical and logistical services required for the accomplishment of tasks.
- →You will develop and implement comprehensive IPS plans to identify actions, responsibilities and schedules to ensure that IPS is available throughout selective phases of a system life cycle.
- →You will conduct verifications and certifications to provide that adequate parts and documentation are, in fact, available at the right time and place.
Requirements
- ✓The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the NT-04: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- ✓OR An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
