About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant GS-07 position with the USACE Little Rock District, Operations Division. This position is with the Nimrod and Blue Mountain Project Office, position can be filled at one of two locations. Located at Plainview, AR OR Waveland, AR.
What You'll Do
- →Perform records management in accordance with established guidance.
- →Verify documents for payment of services contracted.
- →Operate automated office software to prepare reports, graphs, charts, and correspondence.
- →Initiate personnel actions for office staff.
- →Responsible for timekeeping.
- →Prepare travel orders.
- →Training coordinator for office.
