About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Establish and maintain files; and, revise and dispose files in accordance with regulatory guidance, policies and procedures.
- →Post, edit and prepare timecards for certification.
- →Provide guidance and assistance to others in the department as needed on clerical/administrative procedures, instructions and regulations.
- →Receive calls, greet visitors and direct inquiries to the supervisor or other staff members as needed for their attention or action.
- →Maintain calendars and schedules 'appointments for the Chief, Deputy and other senior staff based on intent, knowledge, interest and commitments.
- →Prepare documents in final form to include forms, incident reports and typical office management documents that uses technical and/or medical terminology.
