About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), GS-0303-05/06 position with USACE, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX. This announcement is for current, permanent Army employees that would like to be considered for a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade. What You'll Do
- →Maintain supervisor's calendar accordingly, providing reminders, and if necessary, briefing supervisor on items to be discussed prior schedules meeting.
- →Assist supervisor and/or staff in gathering/complying a variety of presentation material for use in meetings, command briefings, training sessions, or publication.
- →Type a variety of correspondence or reports using automated equipment and software programs.
- →Prepare travel orders and travel vouchers, makes arrangements for government vehicle usage, and initiate all airline, hotel, and rental car reservations.
- →Perform timekeeping and related duties.
