About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), GS-0303-05/06 position with USACE, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX. This announcement is NOT intended for current, permanent Army employees. What You'll Do
- →Maintain supervisor's calendar accordingly, providing reminders, and if necessary, briefing supervisor on items to be discussed prior schedules meeting.
- →Assist supervisor and/or staff in gathering/complying a variety of presentation material for use in meetings, command briefings, training sessions, or publication.
- →Type a variety of correspondence or reports using automated equipment and software programs.
- →Prepare travel orders and travel vouchers, makes arrangements for government vehicle usage, and initiate all airline, hotel, and rental car reservations.
- →Perform timekeeping and related duties.
