This position is located at the Albuquerque Service Unit in vibrant Albuquerque, New Mexico-a city known for its rich culture, stunning mountain views, year-round sunshine, and outdoor recreation. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating correspondence, managing appointments and meeting schedules, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Manages office correspondence by tracking, drafting, and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
- →Uses office automation tools and systems to compile, organize, analyze, and track program data, ensuring accurate records management and effective administrative support.
- →Manages the CEO's calendar and coordinates meeting schedules, serving as the primary point of contact for arranging appointments, conferences, and other executive engagements while ensuring efficient time management and seamless scheduling.
- →Serves as the primary point of contact for staff, patients, visitors, and partner organizations, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely, courteous, and effective customer service.
Requirements
- ✓Selectee may be subject to a probationary period ESEP appointees typically serve a two year trial period U.S.

- ✓Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
