What You'll Do
- →Coordinates and performs a wide variety of responsible administrative functions in support of upper-level management functions.
- →Organizes flow of operational program processes in an office environment.
- →Establishes status of actions on numerous projects and program operations.
- →May serve on a variety of advisory committees.
- →May be delegated signatory authority for selected administrative matters.
- →Develops and implements Distribution Center re-order policies and procedures.
- →Assists in troubleshooting distribution center logistics issues.
- →Provides technical operational assistance to field for DC issues.
- →Coordinates and updates operational Memorandums of Understanding with NEXCOM for DC support.
- →Prints and analyzes data available in AXS-ONE on operational performance.
- →Serves as central point of contact for freight and freight payment inquiries.
- →Coordinates with contractors.
- →Reviews and interprets directives and regulations.
- →Maintains official files.
