You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the DEPUTY FOR OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.
- →You will undertake and complete complex tasks that have multiple dependencies independently, while also regularly mentoring others and leading them in order to successfully accomplish the most complex organizational goals.
- →You will maintain situational awareness of acquisition issues, technical issues, financial issues, and programmatic risks through regular meetings with government and prime contractor staff, site visits, and documentation reviews.
- →You will support program baseline development activities which include planning, development, integration, test, analysis and evaluation, acquisition and contracts strategies, contract management, cost estimation, and scheduling.
- →You will conduct thorough analysis of programmatic effectiveness by tracking funding, schedules, and performance metrics while also assisting with implementing resolutions for all assigned task orders to ensure contract actions.
- →You will apply both oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels and use your proven ability to support briefings or presentations to mid-level stakeholders and other key personnel.
- →You will be responsible for the analysis, development, and maintenance of acquisition documentation as required and will work closely with the Program Management, Warfare Business Financial Manager and the Technical Director.
