You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the DEPARTMENT OF NAVY - DIRECT REPORTING PROGRAM (DRPM) of PEO MLB SOLUTIONS.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the business operations of the assigned organization in support of all management and program effectiveness matters of the mission.
- →You will be responsible for the effective execution and contribution to NAVWAR's mission, which is to identity, develop, deliver and sustain information warfare capabilities and services that enable naval, joint, coalition etc.
- →You will provide assistance in all areas relating to manpower, budget, and personnel operations.
- →You will analyze and evaluate substantive program operations, organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity and monitors all administrative and technical activities in support of the assigned competency.
- →You will conduct analyze and complete workforce related data calls; and assess, recommend and coordinate reorganization efforts as appropriate.
- →You will be responsible for analyzing and improving processes relating to the assigned competency w/ regard to issue tracking and resolution.
