This position is in Primary Care Nursing of Nursing/Patient Care Services. The incumbent serves as the Administrative Officer (AO) supporting management in meeting the goals and objectives of Primary Care Nursing Services.
What You'll Do
- →Major duties include: The incumbent acts as the liaison with the human resources office to include the nurse recruiter concerning recruitment.
- →Projecting staffing needs.
- →Budgeting and financial management for the Primary Care Nursing service line.
- →Compiles reports of findings/proposals for solutions to be relayed to management.
- →AO applies new policies, advising on requirements to ensure appropriate maintenance of all administrative systems, preparing the associated paperwork as required.
- →Collates, reviews, and finalizes project work completed by Nurse Managers and other staff members within the service line.
- →Responsible for formulation and execution annual budget including travel, supplies, equipment, and all other general operating expenses.
- →Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
- →Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
- →Work schedules may change based on agency needs.
