About the Position: Provides management with objectively based information for making decisions on the management, administrative and personnel aspects of Division operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs for a large, complex, diverse and geographically dispersed organization. Full performance grade level is GS-11, however, selection may be made at the GS-07, 09 or 11 grade level.
What You'll Do
- →Compile and analyze data from a variety of sources; summarizes data, prepares documents and briefing material; coordinates with stakeholders; provides quality review of documents produced.
- →Serves as Administrative Officer providing management with objectively based information for making decisions on the management, administrative, and personnel aspects of the organization.
- →As key advisor and principal staff member, provides accurate interpretation and guidance concerning the latest changes in administrative regulations and procedures.
- →Performs, provides, obtains, and/or advises on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the organization.
- →Prepares and/or consolidates all administrative reports required for the Division.
