About the Role
About the Position: Responsibilities include planning and executing administrative tasks, advising on regulations and policies, managing fiscal functions, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Position is based in Fountain City, WI, but the work location is negotiable and may be in the district office or another field office.
What You'll Do
- →Prepare and review travel orders, travel vouchers, IMPAC purchases and statements, and other money related documents for propriety and regulatory compliance.
- →Perform the full range of normal personnel management activities for Government personnel.
- →Plan, administer, and coordinate the training program for all administrative, professional, and technical courses offered through both Government and Non-Government training facilities.
- →Provide continuous and systematic review and analysis to develop a program of effective personal property management.
- →Plan, schedule, assign and review Government Administrative Office Work as instructed by supervisor Coordinate all fiscal functions for the maintenance and control of funds covering the operation and maintenance activities of the project.
- →Assist in preparing annual internal operating budget and continuously monitors to assure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- →Provide status reports to managers for consideration in estimating their budget requirements for the current and out years and prepares periodic updates as required by management.
