As the Acquisition Utilization Specialist you will serve as the medical center liaison and advisor on contract related services focusing on critical clinical and healthcare services, product acquisition and support services required by project managers, program managers, upper management and stakeholders on all aspects of procurement for a wide variety of items to include specialized services. This position is located at the Marion facility.
What You'll Do
- →The Acquisition Utilization Specialist duties include work associated with contract planning, implementation, oversight and close outs and may include Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsibilities.
- →You will render expert contract pre-award and post award expertise to all administrative and clinical services within the medical center and supported catchment area.
- →Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
- →Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
- →Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST Telework: This position may be authorized for Ad-Hoc telework.
