About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, Texas, with the Defense Health Agency. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Provides guidance to the Business Execution Chief and as required coordinates statements of work, task orders, evaluation criteria, levels of effort, independent government cost estimates, and other pre-and post-contract award documentation.
- →Develops cost/price data, evaluates proposals for use in analyzing responses, and determines price/cost reasonableness and appropriateness of proposed labor and overhead rates.
- →Accepts and approves contract deliverables; reviews and evaluates contract issues; accepts/certifies invoices for payments; and makes appropriate management improvements to achieve effective results.
- →Develops acquisition plans with integration of functions, schedules, objectives, fiscal requirements, expected benefits/outcomes and milestones, ensuring the procurement process supports the program's project plans time lines.
- →Provides advice and assistance to contractors on requirements and policy matters.
- →Attends meetings to review status of funds encumbered, committed, obligated and disbursed against contractual vehicles, memorandums of agreement, or inter-service agreements.
- →Prepares decision support data in preparation for budget meetings.
